The Kuta lot comes from a dedicated group of smallholder farmers in Papua New Guinea’s Upper Wagi Valley, Western Highlands. Grown at 1,600 meters under shade, this lot features a mix of Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catimor, and Arushia varieties. Cherries are fully washed at the Kuta Wet Mill and processed meticulously, reflecting the care and precision of its producers. Environmental efforts include composting, vermiculture, and water treatment for sustainability.
